MAdeline Denaro

Fort Lauderdale artist Madeline Denaro was born in New York City and received her BA in painting from the South Florida Art Institute. Her mixed media paintings combine layers of saturated color with organic lines and gestures. While her canvases are abstract in nature, there is an underlying visual order that gradually emerges. The combination of her transparent layers of color with loose, opaque strokes and intuitive drips creates canvases with a distinct freshness.
